Questions
How does the free trial work?
Fourteen days with the whole product — every feature, no limit on quotes or users. At the end the organisation goes read-only: nothing is deleted, every quote is still there to open, and you can download a backup. Email us to pick a plan and it is writable again.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You give us an email address and a password. That is the whole sign-up.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. One price covers the business, not the seat. Put your apprentice on it — a second estimator costs the same as none, which is the point.
Do the prices include GST?
Every figure on this page includes GST. What you see is what leaves the account. Your invoice is a tax invoice with the GST shown separately.
Can I bring in the quotes and rates I already have?
You can import a rate card and quotes from a file, and you can export everything back out at any time. A spreadsheet is not a format we read directly — send us one and we will tell you what it would take.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Email us and billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Your quotes stay readable after that, and you can download a backup of the whole organisation whenever you want one.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, on Supabase. Each business is walled off from every other at the database itself, not by a filter in the application.
Who built this?
A working joinery business, to quote its own jobs. It was in daily use before it was anybody else’s software, which is why it asks about CNC time and travel and knows what a room preset is.
