Questions
How does the free trial work?
Fourteen days, the whole thing, no limit on quotes or people. When it runs out your organisation goes read-only — nothing’s deleted, every quote is still there to open, and you can pull a backup down. Start the plan and you’re back in action again.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Nope. An email address and a password, and that’s the whole sign-up.
Is there more than one plan?
Everything Joinr offers is included in a single plan. Add as many estimators, workshop hands, and managers as you need — your price never changes.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yep. The price is for the business, not the seat. Put your apprentice on it — a second estimator costs you the same as none, which is the point.
Can I pay for a year up front?
Yep. Switch the toggle above to Annual and you’ll see what it costs. The page does the sums for you, and it’s the same product either way, you just save two months by paying up front.
Do the prices include GST?
Every figure on this page includes GST, so what you see is what leaves the account. Your invoice is a tax invoice with the GST on it.
Can I bring in the rates I already have?
The setup wizard guides you step-by-step through entering your custom rates. Your data is always yours — export everything whenever you want. Have an old spreadsheet? Send it over, and we’ll show you the cleanest way to bring it across.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Email us and billing stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your quotes stay readable after that, and you can download a backup of your rate card and every quote whenever you like.
Where is my data stored?
Hosted locally in Sydney, built for absolute isolation. Your data is hosted in Sydney with enterprise-grade cloud hosting. Every business on Joinr is strictly walled off at the database level — not by an application-level filter that a coding bug could compromise. Your rates, estimates, and client data remain completely private and secure.
Who built this?
An Australian joiner who actually runs a shop. I’m a cabinet maker first, software developer second and I built Joinr to quote our own jobs. I got fed up with fragile spreadsheets and bloated software designed by people who’ve never stepped foot on a factory floor. Joinr is battle-tested daily in our own Australian joinery shop.
